O Boeing 737 MAX atinge a marca de 1.000 ordens
Current orders for new Boeing 737 MAX airliner already top 1,000 aircraft
O novo Boeing single-aisle
737 MAX já acumulou
mais de 1.000 encomendas
até o fnal de 2012. Esta gran­
de marca foi alcançada com a
compra pela Aviation Capital
Group (ACG) por nada menos
do que 60 aviões 737 MAX. A
encomenda da ACG, compos­
ta por cinquenta 737 MAX 8 e
dez aviões 737 MAX 9, foi fnali­
zada em dezembro.
"Este pedido é um grande
passo na construção do nosso
amplo portfólio de aviõesmoder-
nos e econômicos", disse Denis
Kalscheur, CEO da ACG. A en­
comenda, no valor de US$6 bi­
lhões a preços correntes, desta­
ca ainda mais a forte demanda
pelo Boeing 737 MAX no mer­
cado de leasing aeronáutico.

modern, fuel-efcient airplanes,”

of ACG. The order, worth $6
billion at current list prices, fur­
ther illustrates the strong de­
mand for the Boeing 737 MAX
in the aeronautical leasing in­
dustry. The Next-Generation
737 is said by Boeing to be the
most fuel-efcient and reliable
single-aisle airplane today
with an 8% per-seat operating
cost advantage over the nea­
