Chambéry, France, the father of the two-seat Akoya: a revolu-
tionary all-terrain light sport amphibian capable of operating
from land, water or snow; this, along the lines of the “Multi-
Access” concept invented by Herzberger’s small team of en-
gineers drawing on a sharp expertise in both aero- and naval
construction, and in composite aerostructures.
